ORDERING

Q1. How do I place an order?
Add the product to your cart, enter your details at checkout, and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Q2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order has already been forwarded to our fulfillment partner. Email us at [support email] as soon as possible.

Q3. What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and any options available through Shopify Payments at checkout.

Q4. Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest.

SHIPPING

Q1. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.

Q2. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 7–15 business days from when your order ships. Processing takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Q3. How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also track it anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Q4. Do you offer express shipping?
Not at the moment.

Q5. Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after the first scan. If there's been no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q1. What's your return policy?
30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Q2. How do I start a return?
Email us at [support email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Q3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Q4. My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Q5. The wrong item was sent. What now?
Email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send the correct item immediately.

Q1. How do you choose what to sell?
We don't list everything — only what we've tested ourselves. Before any product goes live on our store, we order it and verify it's worth your money. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't make it in.

Q2. Are your products safe?
Every product in our store carries relevant safety certifications (CE, FCC, ROHS, or equivalent depending on the product type). We verify certifications before listing anything.

Q3. Are your reviews real?
Yes. We don't fabricate reviews. You'll see real customer feedback as it comes in — nothing made up.
